Pet Product Use Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for supervising your pet while using any MagicPet product and for ensuring the product is suitable for your pet’s size, breed, behavior, and health condition. MagicPet shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse or inappropriate use of our products.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MagicPet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products.
