This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on Magic Pet.

1) SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to customers in the United States. Availability may vary depending on the product and delivery location. If shipping is not available for your address, this will be shown at checkout.

2) ORDER PROCESSING
Processing time is the time we need to prepare your order before it ships.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing may take longer.

3) SHIPPING TIMES (DELIVERY ESTIMATES)
Estimated delivery time (after dispatch): typically 6–9 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, address accuracy, and other factors outside our control.

4) TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

5) SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. When free shipping applies, it will be clearly displayed at checkout. Certain items may be excluded due to size, weight, or special handling requirements; any exclusions will be indicated on the product page and/or at checkout.

6) ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

7) SHIPPING DELAYS
If we become aware that we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide available options, which may include waiting for the order to ship or canceling for a refund for any unshipped items.
