At MagicPet, we want you and your pet to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee makes it simple and hassle-free.
1. Refund & Replacement Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement.
To help us assist you quickly, please provide:

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Step 1: Contact our Customer Care within 30 days of delivery.
Email us at support@themagicpet.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
Step 2: We review and confirm the best solution.
If approved, we will offer either:

a replacement shipped to you, or
-
a refund to your original payment method.
3. Returns (No Return Required)
For most requests under our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee, you do not need to return the item.
In some cases (rare), we may request additional information to verify the issue before approving a refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
Once your refund is approved, we process it within 24–48 hours.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your provider.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges (size/color) at this time.
If you need a different item, please contact us and we will do our best to help. In many cases, the quickest option is to place a new order once your refund/replacement request is resolved.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@themagicpet.com within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and availability.
